Thank you for choosing Fouzi Security Services. This Refund Policy describes that we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional security services. Our priority is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. In the event that we are unable to fulfill our commitments or provide the required security staff, we have established the following refund policy

1. Absence of Security Personnel

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide the agreed-upon security personnel at the scheduled time and location, the client is eligible for a refund. Clients must notify us immediately of any such absence and provide relevant details.

2. Inability to Meet Requirements

In the event that Fouzi Security Services is unable to meet the specific security requirements agreed upon in the contract, a refund may be considered. Clients are required to communicate their dissatisfaction and the specific reasons for the inability to meet requirements in writing.

3. Staff Replacement

Fouzi Security Services is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If, for any reason, the client is dissatisfied with the assigned security personnel, we will work to promptly replace the staff member. The client must communicate their concerns to Fouzi Security Services management, providing specific reasons for dissatisfaction, and we will initiate the staff replacement process.

4. Mutual Agreement

Refunds will only be processed based on mutual agreement between the client and Fouzi Security Services. Both parties will engage in open communication to reach a resolution that is fair and satisfactory to all parties involved.
